Breakfast offered plenty of choice and variety. I found many seating areas available for quiet drinks and relaxation. The hotel provided options for food both on-site and nearby (which was very convenient). The parking was ample and easily accessible.

The air conditioning was a great benefit as it was quite hot. The room easily accommodated my needs. It was spacious. I also visited the bar and pool area, and found the sauna and steam room in full working order. Breakfast had lots of choices and the internet connection was strong.

I noticed the towels in my room looked a little worn. Some of them were stained, and others had frayed edges. This did detract slightly from an otherwise excellent stay. i did not report it .

The room included a king size bed and a separate seating area. It was spacious. There was also a mini fridge and coffee making facilities. It helped to have these amenities. i also noticed that the climate control system worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable.

The staff are excellent. I appreciated that nothing was too much trouble. charlotte and the chef prepared a different main for me. It was lovely. emily and arthur were marvelous on reception. They spent time talking to me! i will come back.

the room looked promising on arrival. though, i noticed the wallpaper was hanging off the walls and dust was gathered on every surface.

the breakfast had plenty of choices and i appreciated it. the staff was friendly, a real charm! there were many seating areas for a quiet, relaxing drink, which i loved after a long day.

the quilts seemed a bit subpar compared to previous visits, a small disappointment.

The hotel offered handy parking. It made arrival and departure smooth. A mattress topper made the bed comfortable. I found the placement of mirrors and plug sockets quite useful for doing my hair.

I observed that the constant banging of doors very late and very early was disruptive.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Good parking was available and I found great facilities. The rooms are so well appointed and very clean. I did appreciate this. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Our room facilities did not meet standard with a broken hairdryer. The swimming pool didn't open on a Sunday until 10am. I thought this was odd considering we had two small children.
